Ingredients
- 4.0 eggs
- 2.0 cups sugar
- 1.0 cup milk
- 4.0 tbsp oleo or butter
- 2.0 cups sifted bread flour
- 2.0 tsp baking powder
- 12.0 tbsp brown sugar (topping)
- 6.0 tbsp melted oleo (topping)
- 4.0 tbsp cream (topping)
- 1.0 cup coconut (topping)
Directions
- 1. Beat eggs with sugar.
- 2. Heat milk with oleo.
- 3. Mix eggs and milk alternately with flour and baking powder.
- 4. Pour into a greased and floured 12.75x9.5x2.625” pan.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- 6. Mix brown sugar, melted oleo, cream, and coconut.
- 7. Spread over cake, bake 8 minutes.
