Ingredients
- 3.0 eggs
- 1.0 cup cooking oil
- 2.0 15 oz cans pumpkin
- 2.0 tsp vanilla
- 4.333 cups sugar
- 5.0 cups flour
- 4.0 tsp baking soda
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 3.0 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1.0 tsp cinnamon
- 1.0 tsp ground cloves
- 1.0 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- 1. Mix eggs, oil, pumpkin, and vanilla.
- 2. Add sugar and mix.
- 3. Sift flour, soda, salt, and spices, add to mixture.
- 4. Stir in nuts.
- 5. Grease and flour 3 loaf pans.
- 6. Divide dough into pans.
- 7. Bake at 325°F for 1.5 hours.
