Ingredients

  • 2.0 cups lukewarm water
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2.0 pkgs yeast
  • 6.5 cups flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2.0 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup oil

Directions

  • 1. Mix water, sugar, yeast, 2 cups flour, and salt, beat until smooth.
  • 2. Add eggs, oil, and 4.5 cups flour, beat well.
  • 3. Let rise 40 minutes.
  • 4. Shape into rolls.
  • 5. Let rise 40 minutes.
  • 6. Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes.
