Ingredients
- 1.5 cups milk
- 4.0 tbsp butter
- 1.0 tbsp yeast
- 4.5 cups flour
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 1.0 tbsp sugar
- 1.0 egg, beaten
- 1.0 amount Italian dressing
- 1.0 amount Italian seasoning
- 1.0 amount Parmesan cheese
- 1.0 amount chopped pepperoni
- 1.0 amount mozzarella cheese
Directions
- 1. Heat milk for 1 minute, add butter, heat 30 seconds.
- 2. Add yeast to milk mixture.
- 3. Blend flour, salt, and sugar with a dough hook.
- 4. Add milk mixture and egg, knead 1-2 minutes.
- 5. Scrape bowl, knead 3-4 minutes until smooth.
- 6. Shape into a ball, let rise until doubled.
- 7. Roll into a 24x15” rectangle.
- 8. Sprinkle half with dressing, seasoning, pepperoni, and cheeses.
- 9. Fold over, cut into 1-inch strips, twist.
- 10. Place on buttered pan, drizzle with dressing.
- 11. Let rise.
- 12. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
