Ingredients
- 1.0 cup boiled milk
- 1.0 cup water
- 1.0 pkg yeast
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 6.0 tbsp melted lard
- 1.0 egg
- 1.0 amount flour
Directions
- 1. Mix milk, water, yeast, salt, sugar, lard, and egg.
- 2. Add enough flour for a soft dough.
- 3. Let rise.
- 4. Cut into doughnuts and let rise again.
- 5. Fry in deep fat.
