Ingredients

  • 1.0 cup boiled milk
  • 1.0 cup water
  • 1.0 pkg yeast
  • 1.0 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 6.0 tbsp melted lard
  • 1.0 egg
  • 1.0 amount flour

Directions

  • 1. Mix milk, water, yeast, salt, sugar, lard, and egg.
  • 2. Add enough flour for a soft dough.
  • 3. Let rise.
  • 4. Cut into doughnuts and let rise again.
  • 5. Fry in deep fat.
