Ingredients
- 0.25 cup warm water
- 1.0 tsp lemon juice
- 4.0 cups flour
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 0.5 stick oleo
- 1.0 cup buttermilk
- 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
Directions
- 1. Add water, lemon juice, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt to bread machine.
- 2. Melt oleo, add buttermilk, and add to machine.
- 3. Add yeast last.
- 4. Set to Dough Setting.
- 5. Roll into a 16x24” rectangle.
- 6. Spread with butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon.
- 7. Roll up and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- 8. Place in a greased 9x13” pan.
- 9. Let rise for 1 hour.
- 10. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
