Carmel Topping for Sticky Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1.0 cup brown sugar
  • 2.0 tbsp sweet cream
  • 6.0 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2.0 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1.0 cup English walnuts or pecans

Directions

  • 1. Heat brown sugar, cream, and butter until melted.
  • 2. Stir in corn syrup.
  • 3. Divide between two 9x13” pans.
  • 4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts in each pan.
  • 5. Place cinnamon rolls on top.
  • 6. Let rise until doubled.
  • 7. Bake as directed.
  • 8. Let sit 3 minutes after baking.
  • 9. Invert onto parchment paper.
