Ingredients
- 0.666 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1.0 cup sugar
- 3.0 eggs
- 1.666 cups milk
- 2.333 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.0 cup cornmeal
- 4.5 tsp baking powder
- 1.0 tsp salt
Directions
- 1. Cream butter and sugar.
- 2. Combine eggs and milk.
- 3. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
- 4. Add dry mix alternately with egg mixture to creamed mixture.
- 5. Pour into a greased 13x9x2” pan.
- 6. Bake at 400°F for 22-27 minutes.
