Ingredients

  • 1.0 pkg yeast
  • 2.0 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 cup hot water
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 2.0 tbsp oil
  • 2.0 eggs
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.0 amount flour

Directions

  • 1. Mix yeast, 2 tsp sugar, and hot water, set aside.
  • 2. Mix 1.5 cups water, 1/4 cup sugar, oil, eggs, and salt.
  • 3. Add yeast mixture.
  • 4. Add enough flour to stir.
  • 5. Let set 15 minutes.
  • 6. Add more flour until not sticky.
  • 7. Let rise until doubled.
  • 8. Form and bake.
