Ingredients
- 2.0 cans jalapeno bean dip
- 3.0 medium ripe avocados, mashed
- 0.333 cup mayonnaise
- 2.0 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp garlic salt
- 1.0 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1.0 pkg taco seasoning
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 3.0 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1.0 bunch green onions, chopped
- 7.0 oz black olives, chopped
- 8.0 oz grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- 1. Spread bean dip over a large tray.
- 2. Mix mashed avocados, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic salt.
- 3. Spread avocado mixture over bean dip.
- 4. Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, taco seasoning, and salt.
- 5. Spread sour cream mixture over avocado layer.
- 6. Layer chopped tomatoes, green onions, and black olives.
- 7. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
- 8. Serve with corn chips or tortilla scoops.
