Ingredients
- None Pork Loin
- None Dry Rub
- None BBQ Sauce
- None Chicken Broth
Directions
- 1. Pat loin dry and trim off excess fat
- 2. Coat loin with dry rub
- 3. Put in smoker at 250
- 4. Get loin to about 170 or so (3-4 hours) then wrap in foil
- 5. Put smoker at 275 and get to 205
- 6. If it is too dry add chicken broth and BBQ sauce
