Ingredients

  • None Pork Loin
  • None Dry Rub
  • None BBQ Sauce
  • None Chicken Broth

Directions

  • 1. Pat loin dry and trim off excess fat
  • 2. Coat loin with dry rub
  • 3. Put in smoker at 250
  • 4. Get loin to about 170 or so (3-4 hours) then wrap in foil
  • 5. Put smoker at 275 and get to 205
  • 6. If it is too dry add chicken broth and BBQ sauce
