Ingredients
- 1.0 cup uncooked wild rice
- 0.5 cup water
- 1.0 tsp oregano
- 2.0 cans consume or beef broth
- 1.0 small can mushrooms
- 0.0 onions to taste
- 0.25 lb butter
Directions
- 1. Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.
- 2. Mix with rice, water, oregano, and broth.
- 3. Bake at 450°F for 1 hour.
