Ingredients

  • 1.0 cup uncooked wild rice
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1.0 tsp oregano
  • 2.0 cans consume or beef broth
  • 1.0 small can mushrooms
  • 0.0 onions to taste
  • 0.25 lb butter

Directions

  • 1. Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.
  • 2. Mix with rice, water, oregano, and broth.
  • 3. Bake at 450°F for 1 hour.
