
Spiced sweet potato bake with topping

Ingredients
- 5.0 sweet potatoes
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 cup butter
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 2.0 beaten eggs
- 0.0 canned milk (enough to soften)
- 0.25 cup butter (for topping)
- 0.75 cup brown sugar (for topping)
- 0.5 cup pecans (for topping)
- 3.0 tbsp flour (for topping)
Directions
- 1. Bake or boil sweet potatoes, then mash.
- 2. Mix with salt, cinnamon, butter, vanilla, sugar, eggs, and enough canned milk to soften.
- 3. Place in a baking pan.
- 4. Mix topping ingredients (butter, brown sugar, pecans, flour) and spread over the mixture.
- 5. Bake until heated through.
