
Marshmallow-topped sweet potatoes

Ingredients
- 2.0 23-oz cans whole sweet potatoes in syrup
- 0.5 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 4.0 tbsp butter
- 0.0 miniature marshmallows
Directions
- 1. Drain sweet potatoes and place in a buttered 9-inch square baking dish.
- 2. Cut butter into pieces and sprinkle over potatoes.
- 3. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top.
- 4. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
- 5. Remove, cover with a single layer of marshmallows, and bake until puffy and light brown.
