Ingredients

  • 10.0 lb potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled, and diced
  • 9.0 eggs, hard-cooked and diced
  • 1.0 medium onion, chopped
  • 0.5 22-oz jar pickle relish
  • 3.5 cups miracle whip (from a 32-oz jar)
  • 0.0 mustard to taste
  • 0.0 salt to taste
  • 0.0 pepper to taste
  • 0.0 sugar to taste

Directions

  • 1. Combine potatoes and eggs.
  • 2. Mix miracle whip, onion, pickle relish, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar, thinning with milk if too thick.
  • 3. Blend dressing with potatoes and eggs.
  • 4. Chill well.
