Ingredients
- 10.0 lb potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled, and diced
- 9.0 eggs, hard-cooked and diced
- 1.0 medium onion, chopped
- 0.5 22-oz jar pickle relish
- 3.5 cups miracle whip (from a 32-oz jar)
- 0.0 mustard to taste
- 0.0 salt to taste
- 0.0 pepper to taste
- 0.0 sugar to taste
Directions
- 1. Combine potatoes and eggs.
- 2. Mix miracle whip, onion, pickle relish, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar, thinning with milk if too thick.
- 3. Blend dressing with potatoes and eggs.
- 4. Chill well.
