Crispy baked potato wedges

Ingredients

  • 3.0 large baking potatoes
  • 1.0 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp pepper
  • 0.125 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  • 1. Cut potatoes in half, then each half into 4 wedges.
  • 2. Toss wedges with oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a large bowl to coat.
  • 3. Place skin-side down in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • 4. Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes.
