
Crispy baked potato wedges

Ingredients
- 3.0 large baking potatoes
- 1.0 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.125 tsp pepper
- 0.125 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- 1. Cut potatoes in half, then each half into 4 wedges.
- 2. Toss wedges with oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a large bowl to coat.
- 3. Place skin-side down in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- 4. Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes.
