
Creamy whipped potatoes

Ingredients
- 3.0 lb potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2.0 tsp salt, divided
- 0.375 cup milk
- 5.0 tbsp butter or margarine
Directions
- 1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with water, and add 1 tsp salt.
- 2. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook 20-30 minutes until tender.
- 3. Drain potatoes and place in a large mixing bowl.
- 4. Add ΒΌ cup milk, butter, and remaining 1 tsp salt, beating on low speed until light and fluffy.
- 5. Add more milk if needed.
