- 4.0 ears of corn in husk

Directions
- 1. Soak corn in cold water for 20 minutes without removing husks.
- 2. Shake off excess water.
- 3. Place directly over medium heat on a grill for 35-45 minutes, turning frequently.
- 4. Peel back husks, remove silks, and serve with salt and butter.
