Ingredients
- 0.0 ears of corn
- 0.5 inch water
- 0.0 butter
- 0.0 salt
- 0.0 pepper
Directions
- 1. Husk and wash corn, removing all silks.
- 2. Place corn in a kettle with a rack or upside-down plate at the bottom.
- 3. Add ½ inch of water, bring to a boil, then reduce to low.
- 4. Steam for about 20 minutes until done.
- 5. Season with butter, salt, and pepper.
