Ingredients

  • 0.0 ears of corn
  • 0.5 inch water
  • 0.0 butter
  • 0.0 salt
  • 0.0 pepper

Directions

  • 1. Husk and wash corn, removing all silks.
  • 2. Place corn in a kettle with a rack or upside-down plate at the bottom.
  • 3. Add ½ inch of water, bring to a boil, then reduce to low.
  • 4. Steam for about 20 minutes until done.
  • 5. Season with butter, salt, and pepper.
