Ingredients
- 2.5 lb box frozen corn
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 3.0 tsp sugar
- 0.75 cup whipping cream or coffee cream
- 2.5 tsp cornstarch
Directions
- 1. Cook corn in a small amount of water with salt, sugar, and cream.
- 2. Bring to a boil.
- 3. Thicken with a mixture of cornstarch and a little cream.
