
Cheesy broccoli and rice casserole

Ingredients
- 1.0 10-oz package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 0.33 cup thinly sliced celery
- 0.25 cup chopped onion
- 0.25 cup melted margarine
- 1.0 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1.0 cup minute rice
- 1.0 8-oz jar cheese whiz
Directions
- 1. Combine broccoli, celery, and onion in a bowl.
- 2. Add margarine, soup, rice, and cheese whiz, stirring until mixed.
- 3. Place in a well-buttered casserole and cover.
- 4. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
