Cheesy broccoli and rice casserole

Ingredients

  • 1.0 10-oz package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 0.33 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 0.25 cup melted margarine
  • 1.0 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.0 cup minute rice
  • 1.0 8-oz jar cheese whiz

Directions

  • 1. Combine broccoli, celery, and onion in a bowl.
  • 2. Add margarine, soup, rice, and cheese whiz, stirring until mixed.
  • 3. Place in a well-buttered casserole and cover.
  • 4. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
