
Sweet and smoky beans for a crowd

Ingredients
- 1.0 gallon pork and beans, drained
- 2.0 small cans pork and beans, drained
- 1.25 cups ketchup
- 1.0 large onion, chopped
- 1.0 tsp pepper
- 0.5 cup molasses
- 1.0 cup brown sugar
- 1.0 tbsp liquid smoke
- 2.0 tsp prepared mustard
- 1.0 lb bacon, cut up, fried crisp, and drained
- 2.5 tbsp bacon drippings
Directions
- 1. Combine all ingredients, including bacon drippings.
- 2. Cook in a slow cooker for 3-4 hours on a setting halfway between middle and one notch above.
