Taco Soup

Spicy taco-flavored soup

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 1.0 medium onion, chopped
  • 1.0 16-oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1.0 4-oz can mild green chiles
  • 1.0 16-oz can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1.0 16-oz can chili beans
  • 1.0 small bag frozen corn
  • 1.0 package Ranch dressing mix
  • 1.0 package Taco seasoning mix

Directions

  • 1. Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet, then drain grease.
  • 2. Place beef, onion, tomatoes, chiles, kidney beans, chili beans, corn, Ranch mix, and Taco seasoning in a pot or slow cooker.
  • 3. Simmer for at least 2 hours.
  • 4. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
