
Spicy taco-flavored soup

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 1.0 medium onion, chopped
- 1.0 16-oz can diced tomatoes
- 1.0 4-oz can mild green chiles
- 1.0 16-oz can kidney beans, undrained
- 1.0 16-oz can chili beans
- 1.0 small bag frozen corn
- 1.0 package Ranch dressing mix
- 1.0 package Taco seasoning mix
Directions
- 1. Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet, then drain grease.
- 2. Place beef, onion, tomatoes, chiles, kidney beans, chili beans, corn, Ranch mix, and Taco seasoning in a pot or slow cooker.
- 3. Simmer for at least 2 hours.
- 4. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
