Rich slow-cooker beef chili

Ingredients

  • 2.0 lb ground beef
  • 2.0 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2.0 16-oz cans kidney beans
  • 2.0 14.5-oz cans diced tomatoes, blended
  • 1.0 8-oz can tomato sauce
  • 1.0 medium onion, chopped
  • 2.0 tbsp chili powder
  • 1.0 tsp salt
  • 1.0 tsp pepper
  • 0.0 shredded cheese

Directions

  • 1. Brown beef in a skillet and place in a slow cooker.
  • 2. Add garlic, kidney beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  • 4. Garnish with shredded cheese.
