
Creamy chunky potato soup

Ingredients
- 5.0 medium potatoes, diced
- 1.0 tbsp dried minced onion
- 4.0 cups water
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp pepper
- 2.0 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2.5 cups milk
Directions
- 1. Cook potatoes and onion in water until tender, about 20-25 minutes.
- 2. Drain half the water.
- 3. Gently mash potatoes, leaving some chunks.
- 4. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and milk.
- 5. Heat through without boiling.
