Creamy chunky potato soup

Ingredients

  • 5.0 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1.0 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 4.0 cups water
  • 1.0 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp pepper
  • 2.0 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2.5 cups milk

Directions

  • 1. Cook potatoes and onion in water until tender, about 20-25 minutes.
  • 2. Drain half the water.
  • 3. Gently mash potatoes, leaving some chunks.
  • 4. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and milk.
  • 5. Heat through without boiling.
