Spicy multi-bean chili

Ingredients

  • 2.0 lb hamburger
  • 1.0 medium onion, diced
  • 1.0 31-oz can pork and beans
  • 1.0 15-oz can pinto beans
  • 1.0 15-oz can chile-flavored beans
  • 1.0 14.5-oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1.0 10-oz can Rotel tomatoes (mild or regular)
  • 1.0 15-oz can chili (no beans or Bush’s Chili Starter)
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1.0 tsp salt
  • 1.0 tbsp Williams chili seasoning

Directions

  • 1. Brown hamburger with onion and drain.
  • 2. Add pork and beans, pinto beans, chile-flavored beans, diced tomatoes, Rotel tomatoes, and chili.
  • 3. Stir in pepper, salt, and chili seasoning.
  • 4. Warm slowly until hot, avoiding scorching.
