Rich fruit and marshmallow salad

Ingredients

  • 1.0 lb grapes
  • 1.0 14-oz pkg small marshmallows
  • 1.0 28-oz can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1.5 cups pineapple juice
  • 1.0 pint cream, whipped
  • 1.0 cup walnuts
  • 0.0 corn starch for thickening

Directions

  • 1. Drain grapes after seeding.
  • 2. Thicken pineapple juice with a little corn starch and cool.
  • 3. Mix grapes, marshmallows, pineapple chunks, thickened pineapple juice, whipped cream, and walnuts.
  • 4. Chill.
