
Frozen fruity gelatin delight

Ingredients
- 1.0 3-oz package gelatin (any flavor)
- 1.0 cup boiling water
- 1.0 8.75-oz can pineapple tidbits
- 0.0 dash of lemon juice
- 1.33 cups whipping cream
- 1.0 medium banana
- 0.5 cup halved grapes
- 0.25 cup maraschino cherries
- 0.25 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- 1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- 2. Drain pineapple, adding water to liquid to make ½ cup, then stir in lemon juice.
- 3. Chill gelatin until very thick.
- 4. Whip cream.
- 5. Fold pineapple, banana, grapes, cherries, nuts, and whipped cream into gelatin.
- 6. Pour into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan and freeze until firm, 3-4 hours.
