
Layered cranberry and wafer salad

Ingredients
- 2.0 cups cranberries, blended
- 1.0 large banana, diced
- 0.66 cup sugar
- 2.0 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1.0 cup powdered sugar
- 2.0 eggs
- 0.5 cup chopped nuts
- 1.0 cup whipping cream
- 0.5 cup butter
Directions
- 1. Place half the crushed vanilla wafers in a 9x13-inch pan.
- 2. Cream butter with powdered sugar and eggs, then spread over wafers.
- 3. Mix cranberries, banana, and sugar, then layer over cream mixture.
- 4. Sprinkle with nuts.
- 5. Spread whipped cream on top.
- 6. Sprinkle with remaining crushed wafers.
