Cherry Cream Salad

Layered cherry and pineapple salad

Ingredients

  • 1.0 3-oz package cherry jello
  • 1.0 cup water
  • 1.0 can cherry pie filling
  • 1.0 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1.0 15.25-oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1.0 8-oz carton Cool Whip

Directions

  • 1. Dissolve jello in water.
  • 2. Add cherry pie filling and pour into a baking dish.
  • 3. Chill until firm.
  • 4. Mix cream cheese and pineapple, then fold in Cool Whip.
  • 5. Spread cream cheese mixture over cherry layer.
  • 6. Chill and serve.
