
Crisp veggie salad with creamy dressing

Ingredients
- 1.0 head cauliflower
- 1.0 head broccoli
- 1.0 cup celery
- 1.0 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 0.0 bacon bits
- 2.0 tsp chopped green onion tops
- 1.0 8-oz can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2.0 cups mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1.0 tsp finely chopped onion
- 2.0 tsp vinegar
Directions
- 1. Mix cauliflower, broccoli, celery, peas, bacon bits, green onion tops, and water chestnuts.
- 2. Let vegetable mixture stand.
- 3. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, Parmesan, salt, onion, and vinegar for dressing.
- 4. Pour dressing over vegetables at least one hour before serving.
