
Creamy pasta and fruit salad

Ingredients
- 1.0 cup acini de pepe
- 3.0 cups salt water (½ tsp salt)
- 1.0 #303 can crushed pineapple
- 2.0 cans mandarin orange segments
- 3.0 whole eggs
- 3.0 tbsp flour
- 1.0 cup sugar
- 1.0 cup miniature marshmallows (colored)
- 1.0 9-oz container Cool Whip
Directions
- 1. Boil acini de pepe in salt water until water boils away.
- 2. Drain juices from pineapple and oranges, reserving the juice.
- 3. Cook reserved juice with eggs, flour, and sugar until thickened, then cool.
- 4. Mix acini de pepe into thickened mixture and refrigerate overnight.
- 5. Add fruit, marshmallows, and Cool Whip the next morning.
