
Creamy raisin pie with meringue

Ingredients
- 1.0 cup raisins
- 0.0 water to cover raisins
- 1.0 cup sweet or sour cream
- 2.0 egg yolks
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 2.0 tbsp flour
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
Directions
- 1. Cook raisins in water until softened.
- 2. Beat cream with egg yolks, then add sugar and flour.
- 3. Combine with raisins and cook until thick.
- 4. Stir in vanilla.
- 5. Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell.
- 6. Top with meringue made from egg whites.
