Ingredients
- 2.0 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2.0 cups canned pumpkin
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1.0 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ginger
- 0.25 tsp cloves
- 1.0 can evaporated milk
Directions
- 1. Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and evaporated milk in order.
- 2. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pastry shell.
- 3. Bake at 375°F for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
