
Self-crusting coconut custard

Ingredients
- 4.0 eggs
- 1.75 cups sugar
- 0.5 cup flour
- 0.25 cup melted margarine
- 1.5 cups coconut
- 2.0 cups milk
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
Directions
- 1. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, margarine, coconut, milk, and vanilla in order.
- 2. Mix well.
- 3. Pour into a greased 10-inch pie pan.
- 4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until golden brown.
