  • 4.0 eggs
  • 1.75 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 0.25 cup melted margarine
  • 1.5 cups coconut
  • 2.0 cups milk
  • 1.0 tsp vanilla

Directions

  • 1. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, margarine, coconut, milk, and vanilla in order.
  • 2. Mix well.
  • 3. Pour into a greased 10-inch pie pan.
  • 4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until golden brown.
