
Chilled peach gelatin pie

Ingredients
- 1.0 cup sugar
- 3.0 tbsp cornstarch
- 1.0 small package peach jello
- 1.5 cups water
- 1.0 quart fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
Directions
- 1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, jello, and water, then cook until thick.
- 2. Add peaches and stir.
- 3. Pour into a 9-inch baked deep-dish pie shell.
- 4. Chill and top with whipped topping.
