Chilled peach gelatin pie

Ingredients

  • 1.0 cup sugar
  • 3.0 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1.0 small package peach jello
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1.0 quart fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

Directions

  • 1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, jello, and water, then cook until thick.
  • 2. Add peaches and stir.
  • 3. Pour into a 9-inch baked deep-dish pie shell.
  • 4. Chill and top with whipped topping.
