- 1.0 pumpkin
Directions
- 1. Cut pumpkin in half and remove seeds and fiber.
- 2. Place cut side down in a baking pan.
- 3. Bake at 350°F for 1-1½ hours until pulp is soft.
- 4. Cool, scoop out pulp, and process in a food processor until fine.
- 5. Use immediately or freeze in zip-lock bags.
