  • 1.0 pumpkin

Directions

  • 1. Cut pumpkin in half and remove seeds and fiber.
  • 2. Place cut side down in a baking pan.
  • 3. Bake at 350°F for 1-1½ hours until pulp is soft.
  • 4. Cool, scoop out pulp, and process in a food processor until fine.
  • 5. Use immediately or freeze in zip-lock bags.
