
Flavorful oven-dried jerky

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb beef or round steak, cut into very thin strips
- 1.0 tsp liquid smoke
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 1.0 tsp onion salt
- 0.25 tsp pepper
- 1.0 tsp garlic salt or powder
- 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- 1. Marinate beef strips in liquid smoke, soy sauce, onion salt, pepper, garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce overnight.
- 2. Lay strips over oven racks, with foil on the bottom to catch drips.
- 3. Bake at 150°F (lowest setting) with oven slightly ajar for 8-12 hours until dried out.
