Sausage and crescent roll bake

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground pork sausage
  • 8.0 oz package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2.0 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4.0 eggs, beaten
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.0 salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • 1. Brown sausage and drain.
  • 2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • 3. Lay crescent rolls flat in the bottom of the pan.
  • 4. Combine sausage, cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Pour over crescent rolls.
  • 6. Bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and rolls are baked.
