Homemade cured sausage sticks

Ingredients

  • 1.0 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2.0 lb lean hamburger
  • 2.0 tbsp Tender Quick curing salt
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1.0 cup water
  • 0.5 tsp dry mustard
  • 0.25 tsp pepper

Directions

  • 1. Mix all ingredients well.
  • 2. Roll into three sticks about the size of a half dollar.
  • 3. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • 4. Unwrap and bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
