Creamy salmon bread loaf

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.0 can cream of celery soup
  • 1.0 egg, beaten
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.25 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1.0 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.0 tsp salt
  • 15.5 oz can flaked salmon
  • 1.0 cup fine bread crumbs

Directions

  • 1. Mix mayonnaise, soup, egg, onion, green pepper, lemon juice, and salt.
  • 2. Place mixture in a greased loaf pan.
  • 3. Flake salmon and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  • 4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
