
Light and creamy pastries

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups boiling water
- 0.25 cup butter
- 0.5 cup sifted flour
- 0.125 tsp salt
- 2.0 eggs
- 1.0 package vanilla pudding
- 0.5 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. Boil water, salt, and butter, add flour, and beat until a ball forms.
- 3. Remove from heat, beat in eggs one at a time until shiny.
- 4. Drop 5-6 mounds onto a greased baking sheet, swirl tips.
- 5. Bake 50 minutes until golden and puffy.
- 6. Cut slits in puffs, bake 10 more minutes, then cool.
- 7. Prepare vanilla pudding with reduced milk (1.5 cups), fold in whipped cream.
- 8. Split puffs and fill with pudding mixture.
