Bacon and beef over rice

Ingredients

  • 1.0 cup rice
  • 1.0 lb bacon
  • 1.0 lb hamburger
  • 1.0 onion, chopped
  • 10.0 oz package frozen peas
  • 0.0 salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • 1. Cook rice.
  • 2. Brown bacon in a skillet, drain, and cut into small pieces.
  • 3. Brown hamburger with onion in the same skillet.
  • 4. Add bacon and peas, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Serve over cooked rice.
