
Corned beef and sauerkraut bake

Ingredients
- 11.0 oz can sauerkraut, drained
- 2.0 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2.0 tsp thousand island dressing
- 2.0 tbsp butter
- 8.0 oz packages sliced corned beef
- 2.0 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1.0 can biscuits (6)
- 2.0 crisp rye crackers, crushed
- 0.25 tsp caraway seed
Directions
- 1. Spread sauerkraut in a 12x8-inch dish.
- 2. Top with tomato slices, dot with dressing and butter.
- 3. Cover with corned beef and sprinkle with cheese.
- 4. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
- 5. Separate biscuits and layer on top.
- 6. Sprinkle with crackers and caraway seed.
- 7. Bake 15-20 minutes more until biscuits are brown.
