Pork Chop ‘N’ Potato Bake

Creamy pork and hash brown casserole

Ingredients

  • 1.0 can cream of celery soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1.0 package hash brown potatoes
  • 1.0 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1.0 can French onion rings
  • 6.0 medium pork chops
  • 0.0 seasoned salt to taste

Directions

  • 1. Brown pork chops and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  • 2. Mix soup, milk, sour cream, hash browns, salt, pepper, ½ cup cheese, and half the onion rings.
  • 3. Spoon mixture into a greased casserole or 9x13-inch pan.
  • 4. Arrange chops on top.
  • 5. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  • 6. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
  • 7. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes more.
