
Homemade cured sausage sticks

Ingredients
- 1.0 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2.0 lb lean hamburger
- 2.0 tbsp Tender Quick curing salt
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp liquid smoke
- 1.0 cup water
- 0.5 tsp dry mustard
- 0.25 tsp pepper
Directions
- 1. Mix all ingredients well.
- 2. Roll into three sticks about the size of a half dollar.
- 3. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- 4. Unwrap and bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
