
Creamy salmon bread loaf

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1.0 can cream of celery soup
- 1.0 egg, beaten
- 0.5 cup chopped onion
- 0.25 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1.0 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 15.5 oz can flaked salmon
- 1.0 cup fine bread crumbs
Directions
- 1. Mix mayonnaise, soup, egg, onion, green pepper, lemon juice, and salt.
- 2. Place mixture in a greased loaf pan.
- 3. Flake salmon and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- 4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
