
Ham and pork loaves with sauce

Ingredients
- 1.0 lb lean ground ham
- 1.5 lb ground pork
- 2.0 eggs, beaten
- 1.0 cup milk
- 1.0 cup quick oats
- 0.0 salt and pepper to taste
- 1.5 cups brown sugar
- 0.5 cup water
- 0.5 cup vinegar
- 1.0 tbsp prepared mustard
Directions
- 1. Mix ham, pork, eggs, milk, oats, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Shape into ½-cup loaves and place in a pan.
- 3. Combine brown sugar, water, vinegar, and mustard for sauce.
- 4. Pour sauce over loaves.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, basting frequently.
