Ham and pork loaves with sauce

Ingredients

  • 1.0 lb lean ground ham
  • 1.5 lb ground pork
  • 2.0 eggs, beaten
  • 1.0 cup milk
  • 1.0 cup quick oats
  • 0.0 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup vinegar
  • 1.0 tbsp prepared mustard

Directions

  • 1. Mix ham, pork, eggs, milk, oats, salt, and pepper.
  • 2. Shape into ½-cup loaves and place in a pan.
  • 3. Combine brown sugar, water, vinegar, and mustard for sauce.
  • 4. Pour sauce over loaves.
  • 5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, basting frequently.
