
Creamy pork and hash brown casserole

Ingredients
- 1.0 can cream of celery soup
- 0.5 cup milk
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 1.0 package hash brown potatoes
- 1.0 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1.0 can French onion rings
- 6.0 medium pork chops
- 0.0 seasoned salt to taste
Directions
- 1. Brown pork chops and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- 2. Mix soup, milk, sour cream, hash browns, salt, pepper, ½ cup cheese, and half the onion rings.
- 3. Spoon mixture into a greased casserole or 9x13-inch pan.
- 4. Arrange chops on top.
- 5. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
- 6. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
- 7. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes more.
