
Cheesy meat lasagna

Ingredients
- 1.0 lb hamburger
- 0.5 lb sausage
- 2.0 dashes garlic powder
- 1.0 1-oz package Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix
- 2.0 8-oz cans tomato sauce
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1.0 cup cold water
- 8.0 oz lasagna noodles
- 24.0 oz small curd cottage cheese
- 16.0 oz grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- 1. Brown meat, then add garlic powder, soup mix, tomato sauce, Parmesan, and water.
- 2. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3. Cook and drain lasagna noodles.
- 4. Grease a 9x13-inch pan and pour 1 cup meat mixture in the bottom.
- 5. Layer half the noodles, cottage cheese, meat mixture, and Mozzarella.
- 6. Repeat layers, ending with Mozzarella.
- 7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- 8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
